Lewis Jones, from Liverpool, has been charged with two counts of penetrative sexual harassment and one count of kidnapping. He will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, Manchester Police said. Police were called at 4.10pm. on Wednesday to reports of a suspected abduction of a girl on Warne Avenue in Droylsden. Greater Manchester Police said: “Thankfully, the victim was safely reunited with his family a short time later and we continue to provide the victim and his family with much needed support at such a distressing time.” Officers are continuing to provide the victim and his family with support, the force added. The arrest came after police released several CCTV images of a man they wanted to trace, saying he was “hanging around” before the attack.
