At the time they looked into all of Angelina’s allegations and did not press charges. “The FBI investigated the incident thoroughly, there is zero chance they will reopen the case. This is all a concerted effort to smear Brad. “Angelina’s allegations were raised in at least two different legal contexts: the incident on the plane and then again during a lengthy custody trial. In one case, no charges were filed and in another, Brad received 50/50 custody.” The two actors are divorced, but there is still a dispute over the custody of their minor children: Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox. “It’s six years of stuff that Angelina brought up at the custody hearing,” Pete’s pal told Page Six. “This is a six-year campaign by Angelina to smear Brad. “This is really Angelina’s version of events. This is what he claims happened. “Those allegations were brought up at the custody hearing and the judge obviously didn’t believe them or Brad would never have shared custody.”
