Casey Affleck was spotted on a Starbucks run in Los Angeles on Saturday morning, just hours before big brother Ben married Jennifer Lopez in Georgia. Paparazzi looked surprised to see the younger Affleck on a java excursion, with one wondering, “Why aren’t you in Georgia right now, man?” A visibly uncomfortable Casey, 47, mumbled an unintelligible response that sounded like he was saying, “I’ve got other things,” before walking away. It’s the second time the ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ actor has been snapped going for coffee in LA this week. He and girlfriend Caylee Cowan were photographed grabbing coffee and donuts on Thursday, a day before the wedding festivities began. In 2007, Casey starred in the film Gone Baby Gone, which was directed by the now 50-year-old Ben. More than a decade later, he praised a “brave” Ben for running himself into rehab. “I have other things,” Casey mumbled when asked why he wasn’t with his brother and sister-in-law. BACKGRID While it’s not immediately clear if Casey will be able to fly across the country in time for the couple’s second vows, several other family members and friends made it to Savannah in plenty of time. Casey likely won’t be able to celebrate Lopez and his older brother’s second wedding. In photos obtained exclusively by Page Six, paparazzi captured the pair stepping off a private jet at an airport near Ben’s luxury estate. Ben and Lopez tied the knot last month in Vegas with only their children by their side. The ‘Gone Girl’ star’s children Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, who he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, as well as Lopez’s twins Max and Emme, were also spotted in the Peach State earlier this week . Bennifer fans also love… The “Batman” star secured a permit that deemed his property a no-fly zone for low-flying aircraft such as drones and helicopters during the epic battle. The permit covers all areas within a three-mile radius of the property, which sits on 87 acres of land. The couple is having a second wedding celebration at their 87-acre estate outside of Savannah. BACKGRID A police patrol car is located outside the entrance to the estate and security boats patrol the surrounding waters. All visitors must also show identification and receive a wristband before entering. Saturday’s wedding will be the second for Ben and Lopez, 53, who tied the knot in a quick ceremony in Las Vegas last month. The property is under strict security measures. Ben and Lopez were last linked to actresses Ana de Armas and Alex Rodriguez, respectively, before getting back together in April 2021.
