The couple’s happy reunion comes 20 years after they first dated and got engaged, only to call off their wedding in the fall of 2003, blaming too much media attention.
The couple were followed down the aisle after their wedding by close friends and family, including their children from different marriages.
Affleck was joined by his three children from his marriage to Jennifer Garner, Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Sam, 11. And by JLO’s side were her twins, Emme and Max, 14, that he had with Marc Anthony.

Joining the family in celebrating the union were several A-Listers close to the celebrity couple.
Matt Damon, long associated with Affleck and an Oscar winner with his fellow Massachusetts native for Good Will Hunting, was seen on stage with his wife, Luciana Barroso.
The couple arrived at an airport near the venue of the celebration by private jet.
Director Kevin Smith and actor Jason Mewes – famous for their pairing as “Jay and Silent Bob” – were also spotted in Georgia for the party.
Smith was spotted in a Hertz rental pickup with his wife, Jennifer Schwalbach Smith, as they headed to the festivities.
Other stars expected at the party include George Clooney, Jane Fonda, Renée Zellweger and Jimmy Kimmel.
Notably absent was Affleck’s younger brother Casey, 47, who said he had to miss the wedding due to “parental responsibilities at home”.
Also missing from the celebration was Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner, who remains close friends with Affleck but was unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts as she is filming in Texas.
After the wedding ceremony, Affleck and Lopez walked with their guest to the estate’s Oyster House, which is expected to host the wedding reception.

Security was tight around the 87-acre site ahead of the ceremony. Large security gates were installed at the end of the four-mile drive to Affleck’s sprawling country estate several weeks ago.
On Saturday, a police car sat at the gates while guards animatedly handed out arms to everyone in attendance, their names checked and rechecked on the “Master Production” list.
DailyMail.com has learned that an explosives license for a fireworks display has been quietly secured with Affleck’s plantation-style home at the center of it. Wedding bells were also set up before the evening wedding.
Low-flying aircraft such as drones and helicopters have been warned not to fly within a three-mile radius of the site due to the large fireworks display expected to close in the evening
Meanwhile, the river on which the property rests is patrolled by security boats.

Also on the menu will be oven-roasted chicken and mac and cheese, as the couple embraces Southern cuisine for their Georgia wedding.
Guests were also treated to kegs of Jack Daniels that had been shipped to the property.
A little after nine o’clock, a convoy of old-style Savannah trolleys pulled out of the lodge. Buses had been brought in earlier in the day as part of the day’s entertainment to take guests around the property.
